Common Level Ratio

If you missed the seminar on the Common Level Ratio held at the Hilton Garden Inn on March 22, 2007 and are interested in finding out if you can lower your taxes contact me at 484-758-6021. This is a free service.

In short the Common Level Ratio and your fair market value are used to find your total assessment. The higher your assessment is the higher your real estate taxes will be. It can not hurt to look into this further.

Avon Grove building a new middle school

Avon Grove School Board approves land purchase

The Avon Grove School Board approved a $4.2 million land purchase to build a new middle school. The proposed school would be located on the 58.9-acre Waltman tract along Route 796 and Sunnyside Rd. The district estimates the school will cost $100.8 million to construct.
